1.On time 「在預計的時間內準時赴約、守時的意思」
I arrived to the meeting at 10am.
I arrived on time.

2. About time 「該....的時候了，總算，終於」
It’s about time they got married-
They have been engaged for 2 and half years.

3. Just in time 「來得正是時候」
The meeting was at 10am. I arrived at 9:59am.

I arrived just in time for the meeting.

4. to make time 「抽出時間」
I’ll see if I can make time to visit my nephew this week.

5. Take your time 「不用急，慢慢來」
There's no need to hurry. Take your time.
